POCA 2002 s334(1) sets a maximum of 14 years' imprisonment and/or a fine on indictment for concealing (s327), arrangements (s328) and acquisition, use and possession (s329). Failure to disclose carries up to 5 years (s334(2)) and tipping off up to 2 years (s333A).
